Tax Administrator II

Essential Functions:

  • In addition to Administrator I tasks, take on additional responsibilities related to tax department operations, such as coordinating client appointments and managing calendars.
  • Assist with client follow ups to collect missing documents, intel, etc.
  • Provide support in handling client inquiries and maintaining client communication.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or relevant certification in business administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an administrative support role.
  • Familiarity with tax-related processes and procedures.
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to navigate Document Management Systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a tax or accounting firm.
  • Knowledge of tax software and systems.
  • Familiarity with document management and scanning tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • The job may require extended sitting, computer/phone use with hand/wrist motion, occasional standing/walking, and verbal communication.
  • Infrequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting may be needed. Lifting up to 25 lbs may be required.
